Integrative Deep Coaching

For many, these simple words capture a longing they have to live complete and extraordinary lives. Many of us today have the capacity and opportunity to live such a life, but fall short by failing to recognize our potential, cultivate our dreams, and maintain the focus necessary to realize them.

Coaching can be an effective way to help you make desired changes in your personal or working lives. Integrative Deep Coaching (IDC) uses a holistic approach to help you form a clear vision of the future you want for yourself, and set the goals and strategies to get you there. Then, regular one-on-one contacts provide you with the fresh perspective, challenge, and support that can help you consistently focus your efforts where they need to be.

Fees

My current coaching fees are are follows: $100.00 for 30 minutes; $130.00 for 40 minutes; $150.00 for 50 minutes.
